1. Choose items and submit your order.
2. Input your address and finish the payment.
3. After you complete your order, we will send order confirmation email to you, please double check the products, specification and your shipping address.

1.What's the handing time?
Usually we will ship your orders within 1-2 business days if the items are in stock.Especially the items stock in USA/German/UK.
2.What's the shipping time and fee?
Usually Order from Local warehouse will be delivered within 2-7 business days by DHL/UPS/FedEx Express. But if from China,it takes 12-25 business days to deliver in general.
We offer free shipping from local warehouse. but not free for some countries from China,Global express delivery except the following region: Guam, American Samoa, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands, Ukrain can't arrive.
3.Do I need to pay taxes and duties?
Please note that customers are responsible for paying any customs, taxes, or duties required by their country of residence. We are not responsible for any customs, taxes, or duties.
4.Cancel & Retuns policy

5.Order issue policy
-If your packaging was lost during the shipping, please contact us within 48 hours.
-If your packaging was damaged during the shipping, to ensure that we can effectively resolve any issues related to your order, kindly ensure that all packaging, including item packaging and poly bags, are kept together with the products until the issue is resolved.
6.Loss of and Damage to Parcels
-If a package is lost in transit or arrives severely damaged, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receipt and we will assist you with a claim or reshipment.
-For delays caused by force majeure factors in the distribution of parcels, we will actively cooperate with the logistics company to follow up.
